Cancellation Policies

Refunds for classes and workshops are available up to 7 days before the start of a class, after which point no refunds will be given. We understand life happens so in the event you need to cancel within 7 days, a credit may be given only if we can fill the vacant spot, but this is not guaranteed. Registration fees are not transferrable to future classes. A class session may not be split between multiple people.

There must be at least 6 students to run a session class or workshop. If there are not enough students the class may be cancelled and a full refund will be given to those who already have paid or, if space allows, a spot in another class will be made available.  We will try to give as much notice as possible in the event we need to cancel, but we often get last minute registrations making it difficult to predict.
By signing up for a class you are committing to be able to make it to all classes in a session. We can not offer make-up classes, refunds or credits once a session has started. If you are unable to attend a class for any reason, it is not the responsibility of the studio.

At least 48hrs notice must be given for cancellation of or to reschedule private lessons. During holiday weeks & weekends we may require 5 days notice to cancel, in which case you will be notified.

Blockhouse reserves the right to deny admission to classes. If a person who has registered online is denied, they will be refunded.

COVID-19: Classes may be cancelled due to Covid-19, either from a local outbreak or a state-wide shutdown. If this should happen, a refund will not be possible. However, a credit for the value of 50% of the cancelled classes will be provided if rescheduling is not possible.
WE CAN NOT REFUND OR ALLOW STUDENTS TO MAKE UP ANY MISSED CLASSES DUE TO COVID OR ANY OTHER REASON AT THIS TIME.
